DUES REMINDER
Please remember that January 1, 2010, is the deadline for the payment of Plantation Estates Homeowner's Association dues in the amount of $200.00 per lot. All dues received after January 31, 2010, will be considered delinquent and subject to interest of one and one-half percent per month plus attorney's fees and any other related expenses.
