The PEHOA Board extends a sincere thank you to all members who have paid the Special Assessment to maintain Plantation Drive! As of August 15, 2012, all but six members have paid. The Board is working with these members on this matter.
In addition, four members have contributed additional monies totaling $1,400.00. This is a most generous gesture on their part and the Board is extremely grateful for their generosity.
If any members would like to contribute additional money for the maintenance of Plantation Drive, it would be most welcome. There will be no offset to the annual dues; however, as was the case with the Special Assessment. Additional contributions would be just that, a contribution. If you are interested in contributing, please contact one of the Board members or mail your contribution to PEHOA, P.O. Box 2284, Swansboro, NC 28584.
Again, thank you for your payments and contributions. It is great having folks working together for the betterment of our neighborhood!#
