Fwd: Patching and Paving of Plantation Drive

Work begins this afternoon on Plantation Drive.  Bad spots will first be excavated, filled with rock and then a base coat of asphalt will be applied.  Resurfacing the project area with a final layer of asphalt will be the completion of the project.  This will leave approximately 1/3 of the road left to patch and repave to the end of the cul-de-sac when we raise more money.  The current project will take the patching and paving approximately to the Lawson home.

For those living in the neighborhood and having to drive through the work area, please be careful and patient with any delays that may occur.

Best regards,

The PEHOA Board
